I am a software and electronic engineer with a machine learning background from South Africa that started figuring out computers in 1992, built my first Technic LEGO™ set in 1987 while I learned to play the piano, and read my first grown-up book in 1986 at the age of 6. I have 10 years experience designing and building large-scale commercial software with most of my experience in the social media domain. I’m passionate about process automation and agile practices to evolve quality software.
I love to analyse and understand the world we live in and to solve interesting problems. I believe that the journey to achieve a goal is as important as the goal itself. I would rather fix something than replace it, or reuse something instead of getting rid of it. Deep philosophical debates interest me while enjoying a glass of wine.
